I started Andrew and Associates in 1988 after spending 12 years teaching at O’Halloran Hill TAFE College in surveying and engineering.
I gained my license to practice as a surveyor in Victoria in 1972 so yes I have been around a while!
My qualifications are in surveying, engineering and teaching.
My role as Managing Director is to oversee the management of the company whilst having time to spend on specialist projects from time to time.
When not in my office I can be seen touring Eyre Peninsula and sometimes looking for work and not just a fishing spot! The benefits are few being older than most but sometimes the few benefits can feel like many!

Robert has over 30 years experience in managing the national and international marketing and sales development in major companies in the beverage, fast food, energy, and manufacturing sectors. In addition he has managed national operations for a major retail food group.
He worked with the South Australian (SA) Department of Industry and Trade consulting at a senior level to SA companies on improving their business development practices, marketing, innovation, commercialisation and strategy.
Robert has also lectured in Marketing, Retailing , Sales, Information Strategies, Project and Operations Management and Lean Leadership at the University of SA, as well as managing the University of SA’s Postgraduate industry based leadership development and business improvement programs, including the Lean Thinking and Six Sigma courses nationally.
Most recently he has been a Business Adviser for Australian Industry Group as an industry partner in the delivery of the AusIndustry, Entrepreneurs Infrastructure Programme to over 90 SA companies with aggregate turnover of over $A1.2 billion PA.

Corey Wingard has a long term understanding of local issues in Mitchell, he grew up in Oaklands Park and has lived in and around the area for most of his life.
